See Marie and The University of Akron Choral Program perform the most often presented work of classical music, Carl Orff’s Carmina Burana.  Joined by the Cleveland Institute of Music Youth Choirs as well as the UA Percussion area, see the rarely performed double-piano and percussion version of this boisterous, bawdy, yet iconic work. Performed by Danielle Adams, soprano, Chris Albanese, tenor, and Michael Young, baritone.

See Marie and The University of Akron Choral Program in collaboration with The University of Dayton Concert Chorale, as well as Miller South Visual/Performing Arts Rising Stars in a concert called “Inspired by...”.  The concert highlights not just beautiful music, but the subjects as to which inspired their conception.

Wayne County Festival of Choirs - Marie is invited back for the SECOND time in seven years to conduct an honor choir of high school choir students from all through Wayne County.

Joined by guest clinician Dr. Paul Rardin from Temple University, Marie will not only conduct the University of Akron Concert Choir and Chamber Choir, but will also conduct the culminating performance of the second annual High School Honor Chamber Choir, consisting of selected students across Northeast Ohio

See Marie and a number of conductors in the Akron-area lead a community sing-along of the incomparable oratorio Elijah. Marie will also be singing the mezzo-soprano roles for this fun event.  $5 admission/$10 w/rental score. Come sing with her! All proceeds will benefit the American Choral Director’s Association student chapter, and their trip to the ACDA regional conference.
